Our Story

Cobble & Cot was born in Edinburgh, somewhere between airport runs, rainy pavements and the realisation that travelling with a small child can somehow require half a house.

I started by renting out a few pieces of baby equipment locally. A stroller here, a travel cot there. Then came repeat bookings, airport drop-offs, families visiting grandparents, parents arriving at hotels with tired babies — and one thing became very clear: people didn't need more baby stuff. They needed less to carry and less to organise.

So Cobble & Cot grew around that idea.

We offer carefully chosen baby and toddler equipment for short stays in Edinburgh — the things that make a trip easier without filling the car, the suitcase or the hotel room. Every item is cleaned, checked and prepared before it goes out, and we keep the service personal, flexible and uncomplicated.

We're still a small local business, which means you're not booking from a warehouse or a faceless rental platform. You're booking from people who know Edinburgh, know family travel, and know how much difference it makes when one practical thing is already taken care of.
